Help Us Prepare forYour Pet's Visit
Whether you are referred by your primary care veterinarian or are seeking a surgical consultation for your pet on your own, our team is happy to help.
To schedule an appointment, you may call our office or submit an appointment request through our online Pet Portal.
If you are a new client using the Pet Portal:
Press on the “Pet Portal” link
Go to “Register to Pet Portal”
Go to “Book an Appointment”
Go to “Add Your Pet”
Choose your preferred date and time
Submit your appointment request
Once our scheduling staff reviews your request, we will either approve the requested appointment time or contact you with an alternative time.
If your pet has been evaluated by another veterinarian, please have your pet’s medical records and diagnostic imaging sent to records@summitvetsurgery.com before your appointment. This allows our team to review your pet’s history and prepare for your visit.
